In Indonesia, the HZS90 concrete mixing plant plays a pivotal role in local construction projects. The mixing plant has a theoretical productivity of 90m³/h and a discharge height of 3.9m. It is equipped with a MAO 2250/1500 concrete mixer with a theoretical production cycle of 60 seconds. It can produce concrete stably and efficiently to meet the construction needs of various local projects. Its aggregate silo capacity is 3x13m³, the inclined belt conveyor has a conveying capacity of up to 450 tons per hour, and the screw conveyor has a maximum conveying capacity of 40 tons per hour. The powerful material conveying capacity ensures the smooth production process. The total power of the equipment is 165kW, which not only ensures efficient operation, but also takes into account the reasonable consumption of energy.
In the material weighing process, the HZS90 mixing plant shows extremely high accuracy. The aggregate weighing range is 0 – 3500kg, with an accuracy of ±2%; the powder weighing range is 0 – 900kg, with an accuracy of ±1%; the water weighing range is 0 – 350kg, with an accuracy of ±1%; the admixture weighing range is 0 – 20kg, with an accuracy of ±1%.
