Working principle

Concrete Batching Plant Working principle

Runhang concrete batching plants automate aggregate loading, weighing, mixing, and discharge in one continuous cycle. Below is the standard workflow.

Loading
The wheel loader will load aggregates of various specifications into the concrete batching machine.

Batching
Aggregate batching: The concrete batching machine will batch all types of aggregates according to specifications; the aggregates will then enter the concrete mixer through a hopper.
Powder batching: Cement silos store the required powders (cement and fly ash). These powders will enter the powder weighing system and then be discharged into the mixer.

Mixing
The mixtures (aggregates, cement, water, and additive mixtures) are mixed in the mixing unit to ensure that all components are thoroughly mixed to form homogeneous concrete. This completes the aggregate loading, weighing, mixing, and unloading operations, forming a full mixing cycle.

Discharging
After mixing is completed, the freshly mixed concrete is unloaded from the mixer into the mixer truck, ready for transportation to the construction site. En route to the site, the mixer truck will keep its tank rotating to prevent the concrete from segregating.
