Introduction

Engineering batching plant are widely used in high-speed railways, highways, bridges, airports and other engineering fields. They are special mixing plants customized for engineering projects. Their design concept revolves around “high precision, high strength and high adaptability”. In terms of the metering system, multi-sensor dynamic compensation technology is adopted, with aggregate metering accuracy of ±1% and powder metering accuracy of ±0.5%. The three-level weighing calibration ensures that the ratio error is controlled within the strict industry standards. For special structures such as bridge piers and high-speed railway track plates, C60-C80 high-strength concrete can be produced. Some super-high-rise projects even support C100 and above grades. The construction performance under low water-cement ratio is achieved by optimizing the admixture compounding technology.
