Recently, our independently developed HZSY60 mobile concrete batching plant was successfully delivered to a customer in Mongolia. It will provide 24/7 concrete production support for local transportation artery construction, demonstrating Chinese equipment’s robust capabilities in extreme cold desert conditions.
Innovative Features Conquer Harsh Environments:
Rapid Relocation & Agile Deployment
Integrated full-trailer design enables “whole-plant towing” for quick transfer. Ready for immediate operation at new sites without disassembly, fundamentally solving equipment mobilization challenges in Mongolia’s vast, sparsely populated terrain.
Extreme-Cold Installation & Sandstorm Resistance
Modular pre-assembled structure improves installation efficiency by 200%. Equipped with a -25°C anti-freeze hydraulic system and three-stage dust filtration, confronts Mongolia’s severe winter cold and spring sandstorms.
Intelligent Control & Precision Quality
IoT-enabled PLC system monitors aggregate moisture content in real-time and dynamically adjusts mix proportions. Ensures concrete strength standard deviation ≤0.5MPa even in unattended operation.
The Mongolian customer praised at the -25°C trial run: “It adapts to the steppe climate better than Mongolian horses! Completing installation in 3 days and commissioning on the same day sets a new plateau construction record!”
As the plant commences operation near Ulaanbaatar, this steel fortress is helping accelerate the China-Mongolia Economic Corridor construction with a pouring capacity of 1 cubic meter per minute.
