A crushing station is a complete set of equipment designed to process natural ores or construction waste into aggregates of various specifications. It mainly consists of a feeder, crusher, screening machine, conveyor belts, and other components. Through multi-stage crushing and screening processes, raw materials can be processed into finished products with particle sizes ranging from 0-5mm to 50mm, widely used in construction, road, and water conservancy projects.

The raw materials are evenly transported to the crushing host through the feeder, and the pre-screening device can remove impurities in advance to ensure the uniformity of the feed particle size.

Multi-stage crushing process
Primary crushing: jaw crusher/gyratory crusher realizes coarse crushing of 300-1500mm raw materials
Secondary crushing: cone crusher/impact crusher performs intermediate and fine crushing, and the discharge particle size is adjustable (10-100mm)
Shaping crushing (optional): impact crusher is used for aggregate particle shape optimization

Intelligent sorting system
Multi-layer vibrating screen is classified according to particle size (0-5mm/5-10mm/10-31.5mm, etc.), and unqualified materials are returned for re-crushing to form a closed-loop cycle.
