1. Check the concrete batching plant before going to work
Check whether the air compressor self-protection device in the concrete batching plant is reliable and whether the air pressure is stable; check whether the water pump is fully charged, whether the circuit is loose or damaged, and whether the pipeline is unobstructed; whether the opening and closing of the silo hopper door, cement hopper door, intermediate collection hopper door, and discharge door are flexible and reliable; check whether the connecting bolts of the mixing host blades are firm; check whether each electrical device is safe and reliable, and whether each limit switch action switch is flexible and reliable; check whether there is enough lubricating oil in the emergency reduction box at each lubrication point. Reducers and other equipment need to be greased, and oil maintenance should be carefully checked and refueled before use.
2. Timely maintenance is required after getting off work
Clean the accumulated material inside and outside the concrete mixer and on the material door, and rinse it clean; fill the lubrication points at each lubrication point, especially the shaft end seal, and do not miss it; the liquid in the waterway should be drained in winter; the gas and accumulated water in the air compressor storage cylinder should be drained; after stopping, check that all switches are in a non-working state and cut off the power supply.
3. Weekly inspection and maintenance
Check the coagulation of the residual concrete in the mixing tank. If there is coagulation, stop the machine and remove it (note that the power should be cut off and a dedicated person should be on duty). Check the gap between the mixing blade and the liner. If it is not suitable, adjust it. Check whether the air system is leaking and whether the cylinder action is reliable. Check whether the circuit is damaged and replace and maintain it in time. Check the quality and liquid level of the lubricating oil in the reduction box and add or replace it if necessary. Check whether the water suction bottom valve in the water supply system is reliable. Check whether the electrical components are damaged and repair or replace them if necessary. Check whether the wiring is loose. Unscrew the blockage and check the shaft end seal. If there is no abnormality, screw it in to unscrew the blockage.
4. Overall maintenance
Check the tension of the concrete batching plant belt and make appropriate adjustments. Check the wear of the blades and liner. Check whether the connecting bolts of the upper and lower frames, silos, large inclined belt conveyors and other components are firm and whether the foundation sinks. Check whether there are lumps and debris in the concrete batching plant equipment-screw conveyor. If there are any, remove them.
5. Batching plants that work for a long time need to replace accessories
After the concrete batching plant equipment has been in operation for 6 months, in addition to checking items 1, 2, 3, and 4, other parts should also be checked, repaired, and replaced to ensure stable production of the batching plant .
