A large road construction company in Indonesia purchased the RUNH LB1500 asphalt batching plant to meet the needs of its national highway expansion project. Precise measurement ensures tropical climate adaptability
The military-grade accuracy of ±0.5% for aggregate weighing and ±0.2% for powder/asphalt, combined with the 23.5m³ cache capacity of the hot aggregate silo, effectively copes with the problem of aggregate moisture fluctuations during the local rainy season,The 1500kg batch mixing volume is matched with the patented dual-drive mixing arm to achieve uniform coating of high-viscosity modified asphalt (PG76 grade)
The intelligent temperature control system breaks through environmental limitations
The specially configured flue gas circulation device and heat transfer oil secondary heating module keep the mixture discharge temperature stable in the range of 160-170℃ under the working conditions of ambient temperature of 35℃ and humidity of 85%.
Project results
After 8 months of continuous and stable operation, the equipment has produced more than 280,000 tons of high-quality asphalt mixture, helping customers complete the construction of the bid section 15 days ahead of schedule. According to third-party testing, the deviation of the oil-stone ratio of the mixture is ≤0.15%, and the grade matching rate is 98.6%, which has been certified as a “quality benchmark project” by the Indonesian Ministry of Public Works. The customer particularly recognized the rapid transition capability brought about by its modular design and has initiated a secondary procurement process for new projects.
